Ayesha Sultan

Ayesha Sultan is a strategy and investment professional with over 20 years of experience across the industries of Transport and Logistics, Real Estate, Consulting and Government Outsourcing. Since 2020, she upskilled focusing on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices and specifically on Arbitration and Mediation.

Ayesha has worked as sole arbitrator, and she has also supported arbitration proceedings under the DIAC rules in Dubai and the ADCCAC rules in Abu Dhabi. During her career, Ayesha has worked in UK, France and UAE and she has an array of skills in strategic vision development and implementation, mergers and acquisition, dispute resolution, business and financial acumen, leadership, communication, corporate governance, and in driving business growth and implementing change.

Ayesha is a CEDR Accredited Mediator, and she is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), as well as being listed on the UAE CIArb branch accredited Mediators List. She is also a Supporting Member of The London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).

Ayesha has completed an MA in Law (Conversion) from the University of Law, UK, as well as an MSc. in Operational Research and a BSc. in Mathematics and French, from the University of Southampton, UK (MA, MSc, BSc). She is also a Fellow and Chartered Director of the UK Institute of Directors and the GCC Board Directors Institute (CDir, FIoD, F.GCCBDI) and she has served as a Board Director since 2012. Ayesha speaks English, Arabic and French.
