CONCILIA
Founded in 1999, CONCILIA is considered the main Italian ADR Provider, with more than 60 secondary offices throughout Italy. Abroad, CONCILIA operates through membership of the AIA European Mediation Network and with over 15 high-level senior international mediators. CONCILIA is the only Qualifications Assessment Program (QAP) approved in Italy by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) to open the doors to mediators from every country in the world to become IMI Certified Mediators. Since 1999 CONCILIA has managed more than 40,000 mediations in Italy and abroad, with over 100 full-time mediators recognized nationally and internationally. Some of them have made the history of mediation and ADR in their respective countries of origin and are points of reference for academics, entrepreneurs, politicians, and public officials. CONCILIA is included in numerous ADR networks in the world, and is the first and only Italian partner of the "Mediation Help" Project, intended for Ukrainian citizens who need help in the extrajudicial resolution of their conflicts and for Ukrainian mediators who want to use their skills and abilities in providing such assistance to their fellow citizens. CONCILIA is also a partner of Mediators Beyond Borders International (MBBI) in projects to develop ADR culture through MBB Congresses or meetings and workshops; and is a member of the International Mediators Community of Practice (IMCP) and Country Representative of Mediation World, an online resource designed to keep governments, courts, businesses, lawyers, mediators, students and NGOs updated on mediation developments around the world. Last but not least, CONCILIA is the supporting organization of the Young Mediators Initiative (YMI), established under the aegis of the International Mediation Institute (IMI), with the aim of encouraging, connecting, and assisting young mediators around the world. The professionals and partners of CONCILIA possess undisputed and exemplary professional preparation, credibility, and reputation, as evidenced by the numerous presences, as mediators, associates, members, affiliates, and partners of networks, associations, centers, working groups on ADR such as, among others, AAA-ICDR, IAM, CIARB, ICC, WIPO, ADB, TAS-CAS, CAfA, GEMME, ASF, MBBI, UAM, FIMC.
