Corrado Mora

Corrado Mora practices as an International Mediator, Dispute Resolution professional with

almost 20 years and hundreds of cases of experience in managing cross-border, complex

and multi-party commercial, business, IP, civil, workplace disputes, plus consumers and

community mediations. He’s a CEDR and CIArb Accredited Mediator.

Corrado is a member of some of the most reputed Panels of Neutrals (ICDR-AAA, WIPO,

CPR; CEDR; CafA; ADGM; CAM, among others) and is regularly selected, or directly

appointed.

Corrado is a Mediation and Negotiation Trainer with vast international experience. He’s

Contract Professor at the University of Trento – School of Law. He’s a Contract Trainer and

Consultant at the UN Organization, New York (UNDP, UNLB, UNFSU), USAID and on

several EU Projects on ADR, Peer Mediation and Conflict Management. He’s a member of

the CIArb Approved Faculty List and regularly acts as Course Director and Senior Faculty,

Chief Assessor, Assessor and Moderator for the CIArb Mediation Skills Training Course and

Assessment/Accreditation and the CIArb Virtual Mediation Training Course.

As a Mediation and Negotiation Skills Trainer for Companies, Law Firms, Professional

Associations, Trade Unions and Councils, Corrado trained thousands of professionals

during more than 600 courses.
