Ghassan is a qualified corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 14 years of experience. He advises startups and SMEs in the MENA region and is currently the General Counsel of CAFU. He previously served as senior counsel for Majid Al Futtaim Ventures and advised on, Inter alia, the expansion of the cinema and entertainment industry in Saudi Arabia. He is also the founder of The Legal Rooms, a platform aiming to democratize access to legal counsels across the globe. He is a speaker at different international seminars and a lecturer in universities on corporate governance and startup’s. He was amongst the top 10 General Counsels in the MENA region for 2022 and 2023 by Middle East Legal Awards (Thomson Reuters) and by the Oath Magazine Legal Awards.
