Ghia is a law graduate with distinction, currently pursuing a master’s degree at Filière Francophone de Droit in Lebanon. Her interest in mediation was sparked during her internship at Snl - Arena Group, the leading service provider for major sporting events, including Formula 1, FIFA, and the Olympics. Working on high-value contracts for international companies, she witnessed firsthand the necessity of mediation and arbitration in safeguarding time and financial resources.

Her academic excellence further reflects her passion for alternative dispute resolution. During her bachelor's studies, she explored ADR in the context of consumer law, earning an outstanding 95/100, and delved into arbitration, achieving 77/100. With a strong foundation in corporate law and international experience, she is eager to deepen her expertise in ADR to complement her corporate legal practice.
