Michael is a leading international mediator and arbitrator. He is a Member of ArbDB Chambers, with Members in UK, UAE, Singapore, USA and Australia. He was accredited as a Mediator by CEDR in 2003 and, since then, has participated as mediator in over 270 mediations. He is a member of the mediation panels of many of the leading institutions around the world, including the AAA-ICDR, AIAC, CEDR, CIArb, CPR, DIAC, IPOS Mediation, QICDRC, SCCA. He has a particular interest in Investor State Mediation, having been trained as an Investor State Mediator by CEDR/ ICSID/ IMI and the World Bank. He is a Certified Mediator with IMI and SIMI.
