Michelle is a qualified UK lawyer who has over 16 years of experience in the legal field. She commenced her legal journey in 2007 as a Trainee and worked in various law firms through the South of England gaining a strong reputation in Family Law in London and other southern counties. Whilst working as a Senior Family Law Consultant in the UK, she built up a strong caseload and represented a wide range of clients providing support and advice in highly contentious cases by adopting a conciliatory approach whenever possible. This resulted in her recently receiving a number of prestigious awards.

Michelle is a qualified Family Mediator and a member of the Family Mediation Council and Resolution. She encourages ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) in all matters in order to reach a swift resolution in a cost-effective way. She is also an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and  a member of the Civil Mediation Council and International Mediation Institute.

Michelle has her own Mediation company in the UK, Samuel Mediation Services and is now practicing as a Family Mediator in the UAE at Yungo Law following a successful launch in 2025.

Michelle represents expats throughout the UAE including Abu Dhabi Non-Muslim Court and can assist all expats under the jurisdiction in England and Wales or here in the UAE. She is enthusiastic about Mediation and shared this passion with different organizations and law firms in order to encourage them to consider Mediation at the earliest opportunity.
