Mohammad is a highly accomplished expert in the insurance sector and a trailblazer in legal, compliance, conflict resolution and government relations, with 25 years of comprehensive experience. The recent 14 years of his career have been spent in leadership positions at multinational corporations in the financial industry, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes, ensure regulatory compliance, manage conflicts and build strong governance frameworks.

While in the private practice, Mohammad managed a diverse portfolio of high-value local and global clients. He provided a wide range of legal services, including corporate governance advice and regulatory assistance, addressing clients’ most pressing legal and compliance needs. As an experienced litigator and a certified Private Mediator licensed by the Jordanian Judicial Council, Mohammad successfully litigated and mediated tens of disputes and in many cases guiding parties to favorable resolutions without the need for prolonged litigation.

His practice included advising on several multi-million-dollar partnerships, real estate ventures and investment projects. With a sharp focus on ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, Mohammad played a key role in negotiating complex contractual obligations, safeguarding his clients’ interests while driving successful business outcomes.

In addition to his private practice experience, Mohammad holds a bachelor’s degree in law, the prestigious In-House Counsel Certification (ICC) from the Global Association of Corporate Counsel and is a licensed Private Mediator. His leadership extends beyond his practice, as he remains an active member of numerous insurance and legal associations, contributing to working groups and professional forums that shape industry standards.

Currently, Mohammad serves as a Board Member and Secretary General of the Multinational Companies Business Group (MCBG). He is also a Director at the Emirates Insurance Federation (EIF), a Director at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) for the Middle East and North Africa and the Chairman of the Financial Crime Committee.
