Mourad Yousfi

Mourad holds a Fundamental Licence in Private Law and a Master's Degree in Private International Law from the University of Tunis El Manar, Tunisia. He also earned an LLM in European and International Business Law from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, with honors, achieving a 5/5 GPA. Currently a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Legal Studies at the University of Debrecen, his research focuses on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and mediation in international business. Mourad has been awarded the prestigious Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship for both his LLM and PhD studies. He has also participated in various international law and economic conferences as a speaker and secretary. In addition to his academic pursuits, Mourad works part-time as a Structured Finance Legal Analyst.
