Pamela Francis

Pamela Francis is a Lebanese Trainee Lawyer with extensive experience in human rights, legal aids and protection pathway. 

In 2020, Pamela began her journey in the field of mediation by acquiring three certificates on Coursera platform: “Mediation and Conflict Resolution," "Negotiation Fundamentals," and "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills." 

She served as a paralegal and project coordinator assistant at Tripoli Bar Association in collaboration with UNDP where she conducted awareness sessions on mediation and other legal topics, enhancing her expertise in conflict resolution methods and showcasing her ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved.

Pamela's dedication to mediation led her to become a certified Mediator in 2022, earning a Certificate of Competence in the Professional Practice of Mediation from CPM at Saint Joseph University. 

Continuing her commitment to professional growth, she participated in a training program with UNDP in 2023, focusing on Fundamental Mediation Skills, which she believe will serve her practically in her career. 

Driven by her desire to support the community and spread the culture of mediation , Pamela assumed the role of mediator at the Maronite Patriarchate in Ehden-Zgharta, specializing in resolving family disputes.
