Rabih S. Sfeir is a Lebanese qualified attorney at law and an international certified mediator (IMI) with a comprehensive background in civil law. Throughout his career, Rabih has demonstrated integrity, determination, reliability, providing efficient, creative and sustainable solutions.

Rabih's legal journey began in 2005 when he graduated with distinction from Université Saint Joseph -Lebanon (USJ) with a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB). In 2006, he furthered his studies by earning his postgraduate advanced Studies in Civil Law focused on Banking and Finance “Diplôme d'Études Approfondies” (DEA) from USJ-Lebanon.

The following year, he was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association, marking the start of his career as an attorney at law. Over the years, Rabih acquired, as a civil lawyer- litigator, a very good experience in construction, real estate and properties disputes, negotiating agreements and settling numerous complex civil cases.

Recognizing the evolving landscape of legal practice and the growing importance of alternative dispute resolution, Rabih pursued professional mediation. In 2021, he received his first mediation certificate from the ”Centre Professionnel de Médiation” - USJ Lebanon, recognized by  several European mediation Institutes : Institut Catholique de Paris (ICP-Paris), Institut de Formation à la Médiation et à la Négociation (IFOMENE) and Association des Médiateurs Européen (AME) .That same year, he established his own law and mediation office, positioning himself as a key player in both fields.

Rabih's credentials were further solidified in December 2022 when he obtained his International Mediation Certificate from the International Mediation Campus-Germany, an IMI-accredited institution. This was followed by several advanced and specialized trainings with renowned Lebanese and international mediators from the USA, Ireland, Italy, India.

His expertise and dedication were recognized on a global scale in June 2024, when he was listed as a mediator at the World Bank Compliance Advisor Office (CAO)-Ombudsman.

Rabih has participated in numerous webinars worldwide providing an insightful intervention on mediation topics. He has been as well part of several Mediation awareness sessions across Lebanon.

Rabih has also published several articles on mediation in Lebanon, France, and Germany.
